contextViewpoint series is a logical extension of my previous projects which dealt with the perception of architectural details (Signifier series, 2008) and the perception of architectural structure (Secondness series, 2009). The whole sequence of works is based on a model of perception outlined by semiotic theory. Signifier series deals with individual elements in our field of view, Secondness series deals with the bilateral relationships between elements and Viewpoint series deals with the whole which emerges from multilateral interaction between elements, adding the dimension of space.
